Payment
Online – You can pay via bank cards from any Ukrainian or non-sanctioned international bank, as well as ApplePay or GooglePay on our website. We do not charge any additional fees for card payments, ApplePay, or GooglePay from our side, but please note that your card-issuing bank may apply its own fees. Payments on our website are processed through the plata (by mono) acquiring system. After a successful payment, you’ll receive a fun wish.
Cash on Delivery (Ukraine only) – You can pay at a Nova Poshta branch or via a Nova Poshta parcel locker upon receiving your parcel. Please be aware that Nova Poshta may charge an additional fee for the COD service, which can be around 2% of the total amount of the order. You can find more details about the COD fees on the NovaPay website under the “COD Credit (Rate Plan 2)” section.
Delivery
Domestic (Ukraine) – Shipping within Ukraine is handled by Nova Poshta, either to a branch or a parcel locker. If you need address delivery, please specify your full address in the ‘Order notes’ field on the Checkout page. Shipping costs are paid by the recipient upon receiving the parcel, according to Nova Poshta’s current rates. We can not control these shipping rates.
International – Shipping outside of Ukraine is available through Ukrposhta. You can find the list of countries eligible for international shipping on the Ukrposhta website under the “Worldwide Delivery” section. International shipping is available via prepayment only. If you need to ship an order abroad, please contact us, and we will calculate the shipping cost and provide payment details.
