Unless another agreement applies to particular Content we hereby grant you limited permission to use the Content subject to these Terms, as long as the use of such Content is solely for your personal, non-commercial informational use.
THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND TECHNOLOGIES
Splitted Space may provide access to third-party content providers via the Product. In addition, the Product may support certain third-party technologies, such as specific file formats, drivers, or codecs, as well as function with third-party applications. We reserve the right to discontinue access to and/or support for such third-party content or technologies at any time, and for any reason. We make no representations or warranties whatsoever regarding the selection of, or continuing support for, any such third-party content or technologies.
Access to services provided by third parties requires Internet access and may require you to accept additional terms. You agree that we are not responsible for evaluating or examining any such third-party services, technologies, or related materials and that we will not have any liability to you, related to such services, technologies, or related materials.
This Site may include instructions to be useful while using the Product with third-party technologies. These materials are provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. We are not responsible if the information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When browsing our Site you can find our Product for purchase. For each Product, our website will show you the availability, the price, available variants/models, detailed photographs of the Product, and a description of it. Also, the Product may have one or more accessories you deem necessary for your purchase, or buy them separately as an additional Product. The Product can be available in stock or may be offered as a pre-order.
Buying the Product(s) consists of three stages. Once you have selected the product, you can save it to the Shopping Cart by clicking on the “ADD TO CART” button. Once you have added it, it will appear a summary of the selected product, the total price of the shopping cart, and the items included. You can continue shopping and adding Products by repeating the steps the same way above. The next step is to view your Shopping Cart to make the modifications you want (change the number of products, delete them, etc.) and/or proceed directly to the making order and purchase process. After successfully placing an order it should be approved by us during the Order Confirmation process to be ready to send to you.
For buying the Product regardless of its availability we accept several payment methods at check out at our Site. Please do not try to pay using any payment method not posted on the Site. If you do, we will not be liable for any loss of the payment or any other damages that may result from this action.
All our Products are expressed in Ukraine Hryvnas (UAH, ₴) for buyers from Ukraine, and in US Dollars (USD, $) for other countries. All prices contain all taxes applicable to the purchase of the products but don`t include delivery price. During the final purchase process, you will be able to check the cost of the additional costs of delivery (if applicable). If your local currency is not in US Dollars, your bank or credit card issuer will apply the exchange rate and any fees according to terms and regulations applicable to you and the bank/issuer of your credit or debit card. The exchange rate and any fees applied by the bank/issuer are beyond our control. If you pay by credit or debit card, the total amount for your entire purchase will be reflected on your statement in your local currency.
Offers and promotions will be expressly indicated, understanding that an excessively low price compared to other products or equal to zero will be due to an error, so the final purchase process of the product that has said error will not be carried out. Splitted Space reserves the right to change the price of our Products at any time, but changes will not affect any order that we have confirmed in an Order Confirmation.
SHIPPING
Orders for finished products are prepared for dispatch within 3 business days, but in some cases, this period may be extended. We are not responsible if it is impossible to ship the product within the specified period, but we undertake to maintain contact with the buyer to provide up-to-date information about the current status of order processing. For pre-orders, the preparation period for shipment begins after the buyer is notified that his product is ready.
We ship almost worldwide. Orders across Ukraine will take 2-5 working days to get delivered once dispatched from our warehouse. Orders to other countries usually take 14-30 working days but can take much more time due to the peculiarities of logistics of delivery services and customs clearance.
For orders that include several items we often deliver a single order within a single shipment. However, due to numerous factors, products may be delivered in split shipments. We reserve the right to split the delivery of any order. If we split your order, we will notify you of our intention to do so by sending you an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided at the time your order was placed. You will not be charged for any additional delivery costs.
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging and products for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment, and contact us for assistance.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
We are not responsible for any customs fees and taxes applied to your order after purchase. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
CANCELLATION
You may cancel any order free of charge and without giving us any reason after the order was placed and before the Order Confirmation process is complete.
Once the Order Confirmation procedure is complete the Order will be prepared for delivery and we reserve the right to hold some fee in case any extra resources have been already used for that preparation.
You are not able to cancel your Order after it has already been sent. For that, you need to use the Return procedure as described below.
RETURNS AND REFUND
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, and complete with its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You agree with the appropriate Product`s condition by completing the receiving at the postal office as described above. All the components must be complete and not damaged.
In the event that you decide to make effective your right to return the product, within the indicated period you must contact us by email at contact@splitted.space and we will send an email with the instructions to proceed with the return.
If once the order is received in our warehouse, we verify that the product has not been returned in the conditions described above, the right to return will not be effective or we will do so by discounting the depreciation of the product due to handling.
Shipping costs associated with the refusal of the Product are borne by the buyer. In that case, all shipping costs are non-refundable.
In other cases, when the return is caused by the poor technical condition of the Product, we can refund half of the shipping costs for warranty service.
WARRANTY
By using this Site you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of the Splitted Space 2-year warranty for parts replacement and labor repairs from the date of receipt.
The warranty is applicable to the original buyer and is non-transferable.
