Description

Outemu Blue is a tactile clicky mechanical switch for mechanical keyboards. It is a high-quality clone of the German Cherry MX blue switches.

Blue Outemu switches have a tactile mechanism. When you press the key, you will feel a slight resistance at the moment of the switch actuation, and you will have to make a small additional effort to overcome it. After the switch is activated, you will hear a high-pitched “click” sound, somewhat similar to the rattling of keys. It is better to use the blue switches where there are no people—at home or in your own office.

Outemu blue is less popular among mechanical switches than, for example, Outemu red. The high-pitched clicking sound produced by Outemu blue switches may be satisfying for some, but it is quite the opposite for others. They are ideal for those who immerse themselves in the typing process and imagine themselves as writersbehind a vintage typewriter.

The upper part of the switch is made of transparent plastic, which allows illumination to pass through it and makes the switch compatible with RGB keyboards and keycaps.
